Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a tour before enrolling?+
A tour isn't required to enroll, but we strongly encourage it. Tours take 30–45 minutes and give you a chance to meet teachers, see classrooms, and ask every question that matters to your family.
Is there a waitlist?+
Throughout the year, we periodically have immediate openings as children transition up to the next classroom, however popular age groups often have waitlists, especially for infants. Submit an application early so we can hold a spot as soon as one becomes available.
What ages do you accept?+
We care for children from 6 weeks through Pre-K (about 5 years old), across infants, mobile infants, toddlers, two-year-olds, preschool, and Pre-K programs.
What paperwork is required?+
Enrollment forms, an up-to-date immunization record, a recent physical examination form, medication forms (if applicable), and emergency contact information.
How does tuition billing work?+
Tuition is billed weekly or monthly via automatic payment. A non-refundable enrollment deposit secures your child's spot, and we'll walk you through every detail before you sign.
When can my child start?+
Start dates depend on availability in your child's age group. Many families start within 2–4 weeks of submitting paperwork; waitlist timing varies by classroom.
